Ali Maffucci is a New York Times Best-Selling cookbook author. She has authored three cookbooks titled Inspiralized, Inspiralize Everything, and Inspiralized & Beyond.
She founded Inspiralized, the ultimate resource for cooking with the spiralizer, the kitchen tool that turns veggies and fruits into noodles. Her food blog, Inspiralized.com/blog, offers hundreds of free spiralized recipes.
Her toddler son, Luca, is the inspiration behind this eCookbook collaboration. She hopes to inspire parents everywhere to make flavorful and healthy meals for their whole families. Infant Feeding Expertise by the Feeding Littles team
Dietitian Megan McNamee MPH, RDN and Occupational Therapist Judy Delaware, OTR/L make up Feeding Littles, a company that creates online feeding resources for parents of young children.
Judy is a Feeding Therapist who works privately with children ages 3 and under in their homes in the Boulder, Colorado area. She helps children with medical, developmental and sensory issues learn to eat a wider variety of foods. Judy has been an Occupational Therapist for over 35 years and has two adult children.
Megan specializes in maternal/child nutrition, disordered eating prevention and food sensitivities and works with private clients in the Phoenix, Arizona area. She has two young children and has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2006. Megan and Judy met in 2014 because of Baby Jack and have been creating online courses and other educational resources to help families take back mealtimes ever since.
